RACE REPORT – Bemsee Kawasaki UK Team Green Junior Cup at Brands Hatch

⏱️ Practice
Started off well despite a frosty grass track walk in the morning the sun cleared it away, worked on things we’d chatted about with NW Racing & my Instructor Andy. Happy with progress.

⏱️ Qualifying
Squeezed in a decent lap despite only placing 4th on the grid was happy as it wasn’t even a clean lap really so started positive.

🏁 Race 1 🥈

Got a blinding start from P4 upto P1 before paddock hill, lead the first lap. Henry-Mac Racing #31 got back in the lead, midway through the race we had a MZ to negotiate & I got back into the lead again for a lap. Henry too me again into paddock & I was on his back wheel till the dash for the line with only 0.027 between 🥇🥈& 🥉 k.busa6 was 0.166 behind me.

🏁 Race 2 🥈

Starting in P3 got into P1 by paddock, then Henry took my a Druids. We had a great battle trough to the end of the race finishing in 🥈 again with a 0.58 gap

🏁 Race 3 🥇

Starting P6 with a good launch again was battling with Henry the whole race then got in front into Surtees (turn 4) & held P1 round McLarens for my first win in the series.

Starting P2 got in P1 & held untill Henry took me on the straight, had a few exchanges then about lap 5 decide to try & breakaway & put in my fastest lap 55.6 but unfortunately the race got red flagged.
