Ohvale 110 Cup + Open Class

Qualified P2 front row

Race 1 Sprint

Started well & got the hole shot into 1st for corner 1, held the lead until lap 2 when I was looking at my pit board to see 0.1 & I looked round to my right & Valentino took my on my left hand side. All race Valentino, myself & Parker was together & I stayed on the back wheel of P1 & I crossed the line 0.288 behind Valentino & Parker 0.6 behind me. Fantastically close race & a great opening start to the season finishing 🥈in the open class (Valentino has a ohvale bike with a different spec engine & Parker has a Bucci Bike again with a different engine), + took 🥇 in the Ohvale 110 Cup spec sealed engine bike class.

Race 2

Starting in P2 again got the hole shot again into turn 1, Valentino overtook me on lap 2, sat behind Valentino trying to overtake him the whole race within 0.3 max until the final lap board come out. Thought I’ve got to push a little harder on this final lap & had a attempt on the approach to turn 3 which didn’t work but my next opportunity was on the back straight into the flip flop. Got a fantastic exit & slip streamed Valentino & got in front. Held off with a little defensive play for the remainder of the lap & took the win overall win in both 110 open class & ohvale cup standings.

Race 3

Starting in P1 this time on the left (?) not ideal but got a good start & held the lead, Valentino & parker passed me on turn 3 so was sat in p3 for 3 laps then we come across a back marker. We approached the back marker in a really fast part of the track, Valentino had to brake heavy, then parker then myself. I braked so hard avoiding them that I come off, & when I got up myself, parker & Valentino had also come off. A red flag was issued as myself, Valentino & Parker had all come off in a very high speed section, thankfully we was all ok. I asked Mike (Clerk of the Track) if I was allowed to restart the race & he said yes so I took the restart. On the restart i took the lead , had a little pressure from Harvey Saville but kept the lead & won the overall open class & ohvale spec.

Ohvale 160 Cup + Open Class

Qualifying in 6th position in my first 160.

Race 1 my first ever 160 race, started well but dropped a position to Parker & Valentino but on lap 3 Parker retired & I gained position upto 5th overall & 4th in the Ohvale 160 Cup.

Race 2

Good start again & chasing Parker in 4th during the race, a stead race ended with me 5th in class & 3rd in the ohvale 160 cup which is my first podium in this class.

Race 3

Got an amazing start and was up with the front runners but towards the end of the lap 1 had an engine problem & the bike stalled. I managed to get it restarted but was a lap down. But continued on & finished 11th.
